Logo de SitebaySitebay is a newcomer to the landscape of online web tools and joined the great family of all-in-one solutions to create, edit, and decorate one's web site.

Currently in beta, the technology is already impressive. The really strong point of their offer is 100% WYSIWYG web site editing. Competitors on this market sometimes turn out to be bloatware, but that's not the case here. The learning curve is easy, and editing is both simple and enjoyable. You move the building blocks directly on your screen and change the content with a click. Obviously you shouldn't expect to make a new site in an hour but half a day gives an impressive result even without using tutorials and documentation: the software is really well thought out and intuitive!

In terms of design, the free version is still somewhat limited in template choice but should be completed soon with the paid version. I just regret being unable to edit the html directly to add my favorite graphic editor or anything else in the free version.

However, the main advantages of Sitebay remain its simplicity and quick handling, the WYSIWYG interface is not cluttered a all, the visual result is very clean and professional and you retain full control on the layout. Sitebay will be a contender if you are looking for a simple, fast and efficient tool. Let's hope for the release version soon!
